PAYMENT & FEES

I currently receive payments through PayPal & CashApp ($5 FEE). The currency I invoice under is USD.• Any order under $200 has to be paid in full upfront.• All orders equal or greater than $200 have an option to send a 50% down payment to reserve the order, and the balance upon final draft/completion. Preferred to be paid in full upfront.• A 6% fee + $5 will be applied to every order to cover software subscriptions and administrative fees.• Non-disclosure agreement will incur a 50% fee (progress and final product will only be shared to the client).• Regular wait time is free of charge. Your order will be completed when your slot in the queue is reached.• If you have a specific deadline, a starting fee of 50% will be applied to the order (depending on complexity, workload and timeframe).• Rush option will incur a 50% fee. Your order will be put at the top of the queue AFTER commissions that are already in progress.

REVISIONS

I offer limited revisions after each work in progress sent. If I have to start from scratch on a complete or near complete piece I charge 50% of the original piece's commission value. Any errors on my end such as grammar, missed requirements or other mistake on my end are free.

REFUNDS

Generally no refunds are offered. However, A commission that has been started and is cancelled by me will receive a full refund, excluding fees. Please let me know ASAP if you need to cancel a commission as it will impact my wait time and income. Refunds will only be issued prior to any work being started. If your commission has been started/near completed and you wish to cancel it for any reason, you will receive up to a 50% refund if paid in full. If you still want the final product plus a refund you may only receive 20% back of the invoiced total.

LICENSES (PERSONAL, COMMERCIAL, EXTENDED...)

All orders are delivered by default with a Personal License. You may purchase a commercial license later on if you require the product for commercial use. Please DO NOT alter my work in anyway unless agreed upon upfront. Please refer to the Licenses section below for more information.Unless otherwise agreed upon before the commission starts (ie, an NDA) I reserve the right to post your order in my Portfolio, on my social medias, and/or stream the creative process on Twitch or Discord. There will always be either a link to your channel or you will be tagged in any post related to your order. Commissions will usually be posted shortly after files are delivered or within the same business week. If your project is meant to be kept private, please refer to the NDA section below.I disclaim any responsibility for copyright issues. Everything I will choose to use in your designs is 100% free for personal and commercial use. If you send me files and you want me to use them, I will assume you are informed of your own rights about the content you've provided me with.

PERSONAL LICENSE

Any order is delivered by default with a Personal License. A Personal License grants the right to use the design for Personal purposes (DUH).A Personal License allows you to:
• Use the assets for social media posts, blogs, websites and for your own viewing pleasure.A Personal License does not allow you to:
• Use the design for any Commercial Purposes. Personal use does not allow such things as: prints, merch, or any form of monetization.• Edit/alter the work or send it to another artist to edit/alter without written permission.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

If your commission involves any Commercial Purposes (prints, merch, flyers, ad placement, promotional use...including YouTube uploads depending on the invoiced service), you will have to purchase a Commercial License for the item in question.A Commercial License doesn't allow you to:
edit or alter the designs. Please refer to the Extended License for that.A commercial license will add a +100% fee to the design.All work should be credited to me where applicable i.e. your Instagram caption/story, your YouTube description, twitch bio etc.

EXTENDED LICENSE/NDA

The Extended License is for large commercial projects, NDA's and those who work with/under a management team.This includes all the perks from the Commercial License described above, as well as allowing to edit/alter the work, and redistribute it.If you purchase an Extended License and want to put any of the commissioned artwork/illustration in a shop, you must still credit me as the designer.If your order requires an nda please state so upon initial agreement. any nda work will not be posted until agreed upon with client or client's management team.Any attempt of altering the designs without an Extended License will be reported and the work will have to be taken down.An extended license will add a +200% fee to the design.

GENERAL COMMISSION PROCESS

ROUTINE & PROCEDURE

• Submit a commission form via the pricing page, down below, or contact me directly via IG, Twitter or Discord.• Read over and agree to my terms and conditions.• Review my pricing.• Send all project details, references, project assets, deadline etc. Please be as detailed and as organized as possible. Avoid vague, messy requests.•Based on the information provided, I will generate a quote and an estimated deadline (if one isn't already established).• You'll receive an invoice/send payment via PayPal and commit to payment agreement.• If you have absolutely no direction for your commission idea, Consultation and project management is available for a fee ($20 per hour). general quotes are free.• Work will be started as per my current queue/schedule and you will receive project updates when available. This also covers the revision process if applicable.• Finish product will be delivered.

DELIVERY

Order completion time varies by commission type. Orders have no set completion time unless discussed and agreed upon. It is up to you (the client) to request a deadline before any project is accepted and worked on.Imposed, unmentioned deadlines mid project may result in additional fees or a project cancellation. I work two extra jobs on the side + have other clients so please be considerate.general turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. All orders may take between 1-8 weeks unless we've agreed on a specified deadline.Tips are always welcomed if I did a good job.
